As a London-based architect with a passion for blending history and modernity in architecture, the Hotel Alpenblick Garni was a delightful Easter retreat. The room, though not spacious, offered a cozy ambiance and a balcony with a slight view of the lake. The breakfast buffet was delightful, and the private off-street parking was convenient.Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a lovely staff member. However, the location was not as picturesque as expected, with limited views of Lake Constance from the first-floor room and balcony overlooking rooftops. Despite this, the staff stood out with their exceptional service and bright smiles, making our stay comfortable.The hotel is a perfect choice for those looking to stay slightly outside the town center, with exceptional staff catering to travelers' needs. The comfortable room, superior breakfast buffet, and convenient bus stop right outside were definite highlights. The balcony provided a wonderful view of the lake, and the on-site car parking added to the convenience.In conclusion, Hotel Alpenblick Garni offers a cozy and comfortable stay with excellent service in a charming area near Lake Constance. While the views may not live up to expectations, the friendly staff, comfortable amenities, and convenient location make it a recommended choice for travelers seeking a relaxing getaway.
